Access PortalBy participating in Adroit-sponsored Hackathons, members agree to the following terms.
All Hackathon prize winnings are subject to a mandatory, non-negotiable Adroit Infrastructure & Operations cut (default 38%). The remaining team pool is distributed strictly mathematically based on the individual Task Impact Ratings logged during the event.
Travel funds granted specifically by external Hackathon Organizers will be pooled and distributed to participating members directly, bypassing the standard Adroit cut. General Adroit funds may be used at the discretion of the Group Lead.
Members are strictly responsible for their assigned tasks in the Jira Matrix. Only completed and rated tasks qualify a member for financial distribution at the conclusion of an event.
All code, assets, and project data generated during an Adroit-sponsored event remain the intellectual property of Adroit SDVC unless otherwise stated by the event administrators or specified by open-source licensing requirements of the host hackathon.
